Safari Resort, Puncak

The surroundings of the hotel are truly magnificent, surrounded by fresh air and beautiful forest landscapes. However, the overall hotel experience fell short with insufficient amenities and lackluster service. The breakfast had limited options and the dining facilities were not ideal. While the location near the park is excellent, the management needs to improve their handling of reservations and guest requests.

My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The tree house room was a unique experience, and while my daughter loved it, the breakfast options were quite limited and could use some variety. The presidential suite I tried later wasn't up to the standards I expected, with cleanliness issues that were disappointing. However, the location is great for those visiting the nearby safari park.

The surrounding forest was a delight during my stay, providing a beautiful backdrop. However, the lack of air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortable at times, especially since temperatures can rise. The tree house experience was unique and fun, particularly for kids. Breakfast options were limited, and service could be improved.

Staying at the safari resort was a great experience for my family. The location is perfect as it's right next to the safari park, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a two-day ticket valid for our one-night stay. The facilities were impressive, offering various accommodations and amenities. However, we faced some challenges with room comfort and dining options, which left us wanting more.
